I bought a laptop battery from AsendTech. It worked for 10 days and then stopped. AscendTech refunded my money for the battery but not the full amount. It took a lot of effort on my part to package, ship, and pay to ship back the battery. They refused to provide me with the company president's name. AscendTech sent me a battery that worked for 10 days! AscendTech sent me a battery that worked for 10 days!!!
