Computer Services - Jeremy Roetzer STOLE my compute

Jeremy Roetzer stole our computer.

He picked up the laptop (one year old in perfect condition) in a computer bag at my work and returned it two days later in the same bag. I was busy and didn't inspect it. As soon as I took it out that night I new it wasn't my computer, same model Dell different plastic trim. I called Jeremy and he denied any wrong doing. I called the police they would do nothing as Dell laptops do not have serial numbers. They only have a customer sticker number on the back which he peeled off and applied to his computer.

Two days later the keys started falling off. I filed a law suit in small claims court against Jeremy Roetzer the sole proprietor of Buffalo Chips and won, we had seveal witnesses who all had come to our house and immeadiately would say that's not your computer. The computer was a big deal, it had been a Christmas present. Jeremy filed an appeal knowing I had moved to Florida I didn't receive the notice until after the court date. He won by default. I would have flown back to have justice served. One month after I had won the law suit in Buffalo the computer stopped working all together. The computer repair store said the mother board was cracked and the computer was junk. Very dishonest individual, run away. I wish the laptop had had laptop LOJACK. The police could have charged him with Felony theft.
