Buffalo Chips Computer Services Jertemy Roetzer Stole our laptop by reoplacing with same defective model

Jeremy Roetzer of Buffalo Chips took our Dell laptop for repairs and returned a similar model that was falling apart to us. The police wouldn;t take action as Dell's do not have a serial number. We sued him in small claims and had witnesses to testify that they knew it wasn't our laptop. We were awarded a judgement against him.

Unfortunately when he appealed we had moved and the mail didn't get to us so he got away with it. We would have hired a lawyer to represent us, just on the principle. The man STOLE our computer. We wish there had been a Lojack locator in the laptop. The police would have arrested him.
