I bought this wireless phone and modem in the same time some 6 to 7 months before. PAID A COMPLETE OF $300.61 THE TELEPHONE WAS 129.99 AND ALSO THE COMPUTER WAS 149.00 21.62 SALES-TAX I submitted the reciept and type to obtain my refund of 50.00 bucks which was guaranteed at period of purchase Today bear in mind I've been waiting 5 weeks after repetitive telephone calls and mainly driving right down to business office I had been informed a I'd to contact several the folks there explained I had been calling the incorrect people and they were the primary telephone workplace for criket and that I needed to contact the maker of the device However they didn't have there quantity and recommended I contact the primary office at Charleston and Bruce. Therefore i proceed there and they tell me several to call again its the wrong amount i quit they're a scam but i'd still prefer to get my money-back i am thinking about filing a complaint using the national deals fee what do you recommend?
