Unauthorized Charge

A month or so ago I notice several charges to my checking account that I did not make. They casued me to overdraw on my account. All of them returned the money except Google Treasure Chest. They didn't care that a) I didn't order anything from them and b) I hadn't received anything to return to them anyway. So, I took it up with my bank. The bank had no luck either. They told me I had to go back to Google Treausre Chest. So I did. Again, they could care less that I didn't want it, didn't order it, etc. I asked for a supervisor and was told that they "don't take calls and he will tell you the same thing I just told you." I then found out that I was speaking to a 3rd party. When I asked for Treasure Chest's direct number, they told me they didn't know it. He said my only recourse was to file a complaint with my local authrorities and give them the case #. I did and immediately called back to give them the number and receive my money. Here's where it gets fun. I get a message telling me that they are open Monday-Friday, 8-5 Mountain Standard Time. I called at 4:14 EST. Since whenis Mountain Time an hour ahead of Eastern?
