Took my money for Nero, gave me trial version only

Clickband took my $30 and allowed me to download a 2 week trial version instead of the one year version promised. They did not respond to repeated requests for help. When I said help or I will deny payment, they still did not respond. I checked their website, but there is no phone number on it. Finally, I disputed the payment. Advice - avoid doing business with this company.
