Rip off

Took my computer for repair, paid $189.00. Took it home and did not work, returned it to them and they said worked on it and returned to me, I, once again took it home, and still did not work, so this time I returned and asked to talk to the owner, they made me wait for a long time and I felt I was been ignored, so I left, had important things to do... I called on the phone and asked to talk to owner and was told he was busy, so I left my telephone number for him to return my call, never happened for two days now.

I took my computer to another repair shop that repaired promptly and perfect for $249. All I want is the return of my money, disregarding all the time consuming and aggravations that they have cause me.
