Affordable Computer Solutions
Took my pc and software for possible repair and did not return

On May 19, Affordable Computer Solutions came to my home for a computer repair. He charged $60 to come to the house and told me he could not fix it here and needed to take it back to his shop. He told me it would be $199 additional charge if he could fix it. If he could not fix it there would be an additional $60 charge and he would ship it back within a few days. On May 21, I called him and he said it was repaired and he would return it on May 22. When he didn't show up I called and was told he made a mistake and my computer was not yet repaired and he would not know anything until the following week. On May 27 he called and told me that I needed more hardware and now it would be an additional $100 plus to repair it. I informed him that I did not want to repair it at that point and just return it. According to my contract the unrepaird price would be a total of $120. He then told me that there is an additional $25 shipping charge. I argued this and said I would pick it up and was told I could not!!! When I asked about why he told me it was repaired the week before he said "That was just a mistake. We don't live in a perfect world." I then said just send it back. Two weeks later I called him again and he said he would send it. It is now June 17th (5 weeks after he took my computer) and he still has not returned it. I also gave him my recovery disk and my anti virus disk.

This man advertises in local papers and is screwing with the public. My computer costs $1,400 plus software and he has no right to do what he is doing. His contract to me is nothing buy a lie.

Please help me get my computer and software back and inform the public that this business man does not deserve to be in business and can not be trusted.

(I still have my contract for proof of what I am saying.
