No repsonse from company

I placed an order on December 12th with this company. One of the items I received was broken. Following the instructions on their website, I contacted company and asked for an RMA# to return the product. The company asked me for the order #, the date it was placed and the name it was under. After giving this information to them again, I still did not hear from them. I emailed them again two weeks later and the company did not respond. My emails were being returned as undeliverable by the company; they must have put a block on my email address. I have left them several voice messages and my husband has even tried to contact them. No response as of yet from this company. I want to return the toy and get a refund at this point. I do not want to do business with this company.
