Total Rip-Off!

I ordered 2 sweatshirts in oct. 2008 and never got them even though I received confirmation e-mails that my order had shipped.

I tried to get in contact with the company via the e-mail address on my invoice but never got a response. Eventually I came across a kind soul who gave me the real e-mail address.

I contacted the company in january and got a response that my order would be re-shipped.

I still haven't received anything and my e-mails are never responded to.

What is even more puzzling is, that when I stumbled upon their website the company was located in New Jersey but now they're located in Missouri but still retain the exact same phone number.

Long story short, therealbws is a complete scam and you should never do business with them.
