They never shipped the item! I sent several e-mails complaining, but nothing became of them. Total ripoff!

I ordered the Easy Ad Poster for Craigslist back in December. I received e-mails stating that my order was received, and then later that my order had shipped and that a tracking number was being sent to me via e-mail. That tracking number never was sent to me. I sent sever e-mails, complaining about the status of my product, but they never responded to my e-mails. This company is a TOTAL RIPOFF!
