Easy Saver
Unauthorized Charges

Internet & Web

Like many others, I was scammed by Proflowers.com and their association with Easy Saver. After completing my order I was asked if I would like to save $15.00 on my next order. All I had to do was enter my e-mail address. Apparently by doing so I was signed up for a service that for the first month is $1.95 and them more thereafter. I was never informed I was signing up for a service with a monthly fee.

This is a total scam and it is unfortunate that so many people get mis-represented by Proflowers. When you call Proflowers, they claim they cannot do anything about it and give you the Easy Saver phone number (800-355-1837). They say it was simply due to a banner ad which they have nothing to do with. Well of course they do since their web site causes the banner ad to pop-up.

Shame on Proflowers for doing this. What I thought was going to be a good deal turned out to be a total scam. Plus their flowers sucked and I complained and they are sending out a replacement set. When the original order arrived they only lasted 2 days and then started to wilt and turn brown. They never opened up. What a crock. I should have paid the $30 more and ordered them from my local florist. At least the money would have stayed in my community then.
