Knowingly sold a product only useable in America to me even though I am in New Zealand

I purchased a shopping cart product off godaddy. They were very aware that I am in New Zealand but they still sold this product knowing full well that it is only useable for sales within America.

I contacted them numerous times when it became apparent that the product was useless to me. Their support was nonexistant and they did nothing at all to rectify the problem. It is not untill after you install the shopping cart program that it is clear you cannot use it overseas.

They now have my NZD$200 and I have nothing.

They have ripped me off and have shown no care or remorse at all.
