This is the letter I sent for which I received in return a form letter, and no refund.

Dear Mr. Parsons:
I placed my first order with Go Daddy November 24. It was a different company then, but times changed. There are many things Go Daddy does right, but there are some things which have really deteriorated.
I had a client who was doing free blogging and wanted the traffic to come to his site, instead. I tried Quick Blog and quickly became frustrated, so I asked for and received a refund.
One day, however, I decided to use the telephone to call customer service. Unusual for me, as before that day I'd always used the computer to communicate with Tech Support and Sales.
On this day, I reached a wonderful person, XXXX XXX, who convinced me that Tech Support would make everything on Quick Blog work for me, that they would give me answers and assistance. She sold me (my receipt)#39360236 and #39361785 (in excess of $50.00).
Tech support doesn't seem to even read the tickets anymore. They closed my tickets without ever having answered my questions or resolved my issues. They, in effect, left Andrea and me in the lurch.
I sent XXXX an email requesting refund for everything on those two receipts excepting one domain name registration. She didn't respond to me. I haven't heard from her since, and I don't blame her. She did her job, but EVERYBODY else dropped the ball.
I have moved to another hosting company. I'm very disappointed in Go Daddy.
I would appreciate a charge-back to my credit card. I thought you might want to know what is happening inside your company.
