Charged a Quarter to Use Shopping Cart at Brick New Jersey Store

This is a small complaint. I live in New Jersey, have been in many Wal-Mart s from Jersey to North Carolina and have never had to use a quarter to get a shopping cart. I do a lot of shopping in Wal-Mart. On that day I had no change so I had to go five miles out of my way to do my shopping. I see no need to pay for a cart when I am shopping. The store is in Brick New Jersey and I will no longer go there
