Ripped off - just ask for free sample

I saw on tv the trial size for free, just had to pay shipping. Wanted to try, did not ask for any refills and was never told about the 79.95 that was charged on my cc. I called and the line busy, many times. Must be alot of complaints.

I will call the Better Business and the tv station to see if I can get any results. Advise: If all the beauty things for sale worked why would anyone be still getting face lifts. Just a rip-off cannot see anything working for me. If it worked I would certainly call for refills.
