Cannot Log In to Reward Center Website to Check Refund

I've been trying to sign in to att.com/rewardcenter.com for three weeks and that I simply can't sign in trigger can be an unacceptable site I don't understand why they bull shit around about logging into check on our refund if its an invalid address.
