Ripoff consumer fraud charged credit card 4 months ago and did not send items. Will not respond to e-mails

I placed an order on November 11th and it is now March 18th and I have not received the order. Everytime I try to contact them to check the status of my order, I am told that it has shipped and will arrive in 7-14 business days. The first couple of times I received this e-mail, I actually believed them. Now, it's just funny when I get this response.
The only time I do not get this response is when I try to cancel my order. Then, I get no response at all. Please be advised that PerfectCollectibles.com is an internet scam site. There is no personal interaction as everything on the site is automated. This way you can never get a person's name in case you want to complain.
Good luck to anyone who choses to ignore the warnings posted in this website. I hope you have better luck than I did.
