Complaint ripoff horrible dishonest fraudulent beware

I had the same experience as someone else that has posted a consumer complaints on this company.

I placed an order on 7/18. The next day I received a confirmation email that showed my order status as "ready to ship". The next day after that (7/20), they charged my Visa for the amount of the order.

After almost one month, I still had not received my order. So I went to their website to check the order status and it STILL said "ready to ship". I emailed them, and a couple of days later I received a package. Of the 12 items I ordered, I only received 10.

I immediately called the customer service number. When you try to call them, you get an automated response that puts you on hold and lets you know where you are in the queue (i.E., "you are the 4th caller in the queue). Four times, as I got closer to being the next caller, I would CONVENIENTLY get disconnected from their system.

Somehow, by miracle, I finally got through. When I advised their representative of the situation, that I had not received 2 of my items, she first said they would credit me for the 2 items. I told her that I would prefer to still have my items shipped to me, as I had paid for them and really did want the items. She said "we prefer to just offer a credit because it's too expensive to ship just 2 items" (as if that's my problem, and not their problem for failing to ship 2 of my items). When I said that I still wanted my items, she claimed she would forward the information to their shipping department.

When I didn't receive my items, or any updates, I emailed them regarding the situation. I finally received a response by email stating that they were forwarding the issue to their "concern department".

After a couple more weeks of still not receiving any items or response, I tried again today to call them. Calling on 2 different phones at the same time (home phone & cell) I REPEATEDLY (10-15 times) got disconnected on both phones just as I got closer to being the next call answered).

I just emailed them again through their "enquiry" section on their website, requesting an immediate refund for the items that I did not receive, but will be shocked if I actually get a response.

I will update if I have any success.
