Ripping off thru credit card

I ordered people pc for 5.95 for three months but canceled after three weeks for a faster service. On the internet now three months later they are still charging me after i canceled. So i call them up and one person says i dont have an account then someone else says i do asked for a replace myfunds and said no. Feel that im being repped off. Or it is theft by deception which last i heard a criminal offence
