Absolutely the worst company I have ever had dealing with

My complaint goes back to October. From the very beginning I told them I did not want them to charge my card for the entire project until it was completed. I have email that show I told the sales agent, take a deposit, when I see a proof I will pay more, then BEFORE you post it and after I approve it, I will pay the balance. Sounded fair to me. But even though their sale agent agreed to my request the company ignored them and charged me charged me charged me.

Before I had anything complete I had paid $820.00 and way before that I had told them to stop as I wanted to cancel. (be sure to read their cancelation policy it is unreal). It basically says once you give us money your screwed. We can keep it even if we don't give you anything. I even went so far as to get my credit card company involved and because they print on the terms and condition that they don't have to give you anything after they take your money, that is ok. (I am going to find out if it is legal but it is accepted by Visa) So look out.

It appears they do the same thing over and over and over so if anyone wants to email me to join in a class action suit I am all for it. Also you can listen to what I am going to tell you happened to me on my radio program on the internet of which, by the way, they say I can't say anything bad about them. Ha... Free country... Freedom of speech... They can bring it on.

I found a web designer that does better work for half the money, provides great customer service and you get it done in days without all the run around. HERITAGE WEB SOLUTIONS ARE TERRIBLE AND A DISGRACE to free enterprise in this country. Remember folks... They got my $820... I got NOTHING!!! Look out.
