Don't believe a word they say!

I've heard of other people getting scammed of their money but this is the first time it's happened to me, thanks to Heritage Web Solutions. I have a small business out of my home and I wanted an online store to expand my sales. I found Heritage Web Solutions and I thought it was the perfect solution. WRONG! They scammed me out of $1,043. I got nothing but delay tactics telling me they were working on my website but everytime I called or emailed about the progress, I was either ignored or given a bullcrap story about the delay. Like how my website designer was out of town for a whole week relocating her family across the country? Red flags went up immediately when I recieved that email from her! For a company that brags of having 193 plus employees, I thought it was odd they wouldn't give my website to a designer who didn't have to relocate her family across the country. She didn't relocate her family at all, it was a stall tactic.

I've read some of these reports and it sounds SO familiar!!!

I had to call my bank and report my debit card as "hot" and I was issued a new one. Otherwise, Heritage Web Solutions would have continued taking my money and I vowed not to give them another penny of my hard earned money!

I'd like to know how people like this can stay in business! It's a crime, what they are doing.
