Another bad report!

Like a dummy I bought a one year subscription. I have searched info that I have (info on myself). And of course found nothing.

I only had the membership for a few hours when I requested a refund. The response I got was that I should address them kindly in my email and that the CEO would be contacted and I might get an extension on my membership and 25 free credits???

I do not want credits or an extension because this site is totally bogus and off no use to me, They obviously cannot search in certain states and they fail to notify consumers of this. How can they get away with this?

I am awaiting another response about my refund. Is there any organization that regulates these liars?
