Ripped off by people-records.net, beware. Texas

I wish i had read rip off reports first before i trusted "people-records.net." Little did i know other ppl had been ripped off by them also. I basically wanted to search for someone i lost contact with, so i paid the $29.99 one time fee, plus the extra $9.95 that states this: "YES! I also want access to the entire database collection! Unlimited Searches of People Lookups, Inmate Records, Marriage Records, Death Records, Sex Offender Records, Census Records, Court Records, Cell Phone Trace, plus exclusive access to Criminal Records, Civil Records, All-in-One Background Checks and much more! For only $9.95 (Save $90.04) Discounted Offer Expires Soon!"

So after searching immediately, i found no info on the person i was searching for, in fact, i found more info from the free searches then i did on the net rather thenfrom peoples-record... Then i seen that they said i used up all my credits and i had to pay for more credits which cost as much as the $29.99 plus $9.95 suppossedely unlimited access fee. I remembered reading about the credits on the accept page, but i thought thats what paying the $9.95 extra fee was for, and as you can see above, this is where they con ppl by saying "ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE DATABASE COLLECTION" yet they forget to mention that you have to pay after only using 3 searches in this data base, which provided no information i was searching for at all...

But i did find this info to all those who have not received a refund when asked for one, look in their F&Q section, they have to offer a refund if not satisfied. If not we all need to file a complaint with the better business bureau, and also with the online fraud agency that handles internet fraud, and this is fraud because they are not giving ppl's money back after we have been requesting it...

I just sent them another email and i am giving them 3 days for a refund, if i get it, i will comment here on rip off report with a thank you for the refund, if not, i will pursue this further. Here is their F&Q comment on not being a satisfied customer "What if I am not completely satisfied with People-Records.net?
