I operate a retail business in Canada.in August I placed an order with Curtis Boehringer for several hundred dollars worth of patterns. These we charged to my credit card. When I had still not received them in September I called to confirm that they had been shipped and the address they were shipped to. Cindi at Curtis Boehringer promised to re-ship the order.
Nothing had arrived by October so I called again. Cindi informed me that they had just picked up both orders at the post office as they had been returned with no reason given. This seemed strange to me but as I am not familiar with the US postal service I accepted this. Cindi said she would re-ship.
I had still not received anything in November and contacted Curtis Boehringer again. Cindi again said she would re-ship and this time gave me a tracking number. When nothing had come by January and the tracking number was not recognized I tried to contact them again, this time to demand a refund. Their voice mail box was full and there was no answer to several emails. I turned the issue over to the credit card company.
From the original order, they were aware that I had customers waiting for these patterns. Their non-arrival not only wasted my time but eroded our reputation for prompt service.
Their lack of courtesy in responding to this issue only solidifies my belief that this was a deliberate rip-off and caution anyone else ordering from them.
