Ripping off customers. Does not deliver the goods

I made an agreement with this company to send 10 needlepoint canvases last October. My visa card was charged for two deliveries. I contacted Cyndy at the company and was told that some were on the way. After two more calls, 4 of the canvases were sent.in December and January I sent half a dozen e-mails requesting the 6 remaining canvases. Cyndy E-mailed me back the middle of January saying they were sent. I went to the post office with the verification # that she gave me, and was told nothing was sent. I sent a report to the Visa co. And to Better Business Bureau in Cleveland Ohio. I have saved all E-mails and correspondence concerning this matter. I hope that E-bay somehow finds out.
