No technical support, phone number disconnected

After downloading and installing the Quick Screen Recorder, I found problems with being able to view, copy, move, delete the created. Avi files. The only way I could see the files was by opening the files through the Quick Screen Recorder program.
Windows Explorer and DOS window cannot see the files at all. But they are there. There has been no response from emails sent to Etrusoft, and the phone number listed on their website is no longer correct. The poor guy I ended up calling has been receiving hundreds of calls for this company. He suggested I try to get my money back, if they are unreachable. Good advice.
