Doesn't HONOR Rebates

I purchased VOX hard drive on a online web retailer and was giving two rebate forms to apply for a $49 rebate from VOX. Forms were submitted correctly and fully to VOX. I have waited the 10 weeks stated in thier rebate forms and haven't recieved my rebate. Their website doen't help with status and their customer service doesn't reply to emails. I've also tried to contact them by the phone #'s listed on their website. Vox Products seems to be ignoring their obligations (rebate contract). I suggest to anyone involved in this situation to file complaints with BBB, FTC (Federal Trade Commision) & CA Attorney General. Good Luck..
