Refused to give me the merchandise I paid for

Since November - that's right - they've refused to hand over the computer I bought and paid for.

After paying for the merchandise with a credit card, I was told that I should return "in a few hours" when theyd have my package assembled.

They've used all types of excuses such as "the manager's not here today", "we don't have a manager", "never had anyone by that name", etc. Etc. When handed the receipt they would gather-up other employees and snicker and laugh and say "look at this funny receipt", "why don't you tell her to go over there and have a seat and then forget about her" and "get the bouncer to get her out of the store". I witnessed other customers being treated in this manner also. The had a practice of have 2,3 or 4 male employees approach me together and say that I might as well leave the store as nobody was going to do anything.

On the occasions when they did state that they had a manager and when I'd make contact and ask for that individual, they'd always say "oh, he just decided to take a few days off!".

Whenever I contacted them, either by phone or going to the store, they'd tell me that I had to talk to a certain individual and they'd give me that person's name yet, when I would later try to contact that person, I was ALWAYS told that there was nobody there by that name.

The credit card creditor, Jupiter Card Services, put my off time and again when I asked them to intercede and refund my money back. Whenever they asked me for information, I provided it immediately yet they would phone me, repeatedly, and say that they hadn't received it. This went on until the THEY decided that the "clock ran out" and then told me that the 30 day complaint period was up and that I was out of luck.
