Taylor Showroom This company will charge you even after cancelling a purchase within their cancellation period. Ripoff

I had made a purchase at this retailer in November. They notified me two days later that there was a problem with the delivery, it was backordered and wouldn't be available at the promised time. I chose to cancel my order and was told there would be no problem in doing so.

However, when my credit card statement arrived I was charged the complete balance. I was told only a store manager could cancel an order. I contacted the store and notified them that the store manager was the one I talk to and that I was told there would not be a problem cancelling my order.

I then tried to contact the store manager several times to resolve this matter and got no response. I went back to the store twice to talk to the manager but she was never in. I was told she would contact me. When she did she told me that I would be charged thirty percent of my purchase. I told her I wasn't paying a dime for something I didn't have. I then asked for a corporate office number or someone to contact, she refused to give me this information.

I have repeatedly emailed the store's customer service. Needlessly to say, it is now four months later and I have gotten nowhere and am still being charged for this purchase. This retailer is nothing but rip-off.
