They erased all info, took games, tickets, icoins

I had an aol.com address years ago. I canceled aol and switched to msn. They are saying you can only have one e-mail address forever. How is this possible? How am I supposed to get the games I paid for and earned back. They have erased all information. I have receipts and records of each game purchased. They won't answer my questions, they won't call me. They won't even explain what is going on. This seems so unfair, I'm at a loss what to do. To me this is not a minor thing I am really upset.
