Did not live up to promised speeds and double billed

I seen today that they still doing in the internet service. I had them for 5 months and service was not anywhere near what the addvertised and made no bones that what i was getting was it. They billed me $50.00 more than they said and then denied it even though it was on my bank records. Then finley when i had enough i had them turn it off the penilized me them hit my acount for anouther $50.00 above what they told me. Also i never got my $100.00 rebate. They said that was from another company.

I can not belive that they can get away with this stuff and no one has done anything about it. I call the better business berau in ky and got a letter back saying nothing was wrong. I know i lost my money but this company needs to be shut down before getting to more people.
