I purchased SkyWayUSA Satellite and services in May to enhance my small business through the internet. I was told that this product would increase my internet speed and capabilities. I recieved little or no help with the set-up of the installation of the system.

My service continued on a downward slide with sporatic service until there was NO service at all for a week. I have called these people numerous times and if I could get through it was on my dime because the 866 # given was ALWAYS busy. They make constant excuses as to why the satellite is not working. The best one is they are always changing satellites.

The people that you do talk with on the telephone are rude and very defensive and curt. I was told that I was not the only person without service after a week of nothing.

I disconnected my service and went back to dial-up which by the way is faster, and called my CC company as I felt that this company were more interested in ripping me off than they were providing the services that they had promised. Guess What??? After calling SkyWayUSA to inform them that I am terminating my service with them and was immediately told that I would be put into collection. THEN I called the CC company again and they had already billed my CC company. THIS WAS IN A MATTER OF MINUTES! Guess we know what is REALLY important to SkyWayUSA!!!
