Company/individual won't exchange defective merchandise or give a refund

I ordered a dvd set from this company. The set arrived and after a period of 1 and 1/2 months i previewed the set to make sure it was playable. 22 of the 23 discs were defective. I emailed the company and they said to return the set and they would exchange them. We returned the set and decided we wanted a refund instead. The company refused saying it had been too long from the time we received the set to the time we made the complaint. We said we would accept the replacement set in that case but have received nothing. Do not deal with them - you will be sorry.
