Items not sent, no return calls / emails from Customer Service, Out of Business?

I should have been weary about making a second order when it took me 2 emails to Customer Service regarding my shipment, with no follow up response, and my package arrived soon after. I read about www.regentssecret.com on a blogger's site who had placed an order for designer jeans and had a good transaction. The first order I placed with Regents Secret was in October '08. It took almost 3 weeks to receive my order! The company states they are listed in Commerce, CA and I am in Renton, WA - seems to be quite a long time for a pair of pants to travel 2 states away. The second order I placed, I followed up on a week later asking for a confirmation of a tracking # and the carrier used for this order. Three emails later, no response. I tried to call their customer service number but was greeted with a voicemail box full message. I also tried to see if I could reach the operator by choosing 0, but received the same voicemail box full message.

When you go to their site now, there are no sales up and no new information. Its as if the site has been abandoned. I have not seen any other claims listed on the complaint and I hope no one else has had this type of activity from this site. I have gone through and filed a fraudulent claim with my bank and they have kindly refunded my purchase price, but will still need to investigate my claim. Beware of these discounted, designer goods sites as some of them may end up going under!
