Armando Villa Never received item payed for... Won't return any messages

On June 12 I ordered an Ipod from this company. The payment was removed from my account on June 13 through Like123.com. After 2 weeks and no Ipod, I called the phone number on the website. The voicemail was full and continued to be full for 2 more weeks.

I was finally able to leave a message on the voicemail, I also sent many emails to their online customer service department with no replies to any of them. There is a form on their website to send, therefore no email address. I have even went to Like123.com where they have items for sale. There I responded to their ad, still no reply.

They state they've been in business since 2001. The following is listed on their site: As a valued shopper, every order can be placed with full confidence in the knowledge that it will be delivered on time and complete We know your time is valuable. Our easy to use online customer service department can answer your queries about our products to assist with shipping policy and tracking information as well.

The phone number listed is a cell phone. The owner is Armando Villa.

Their website also states: You may request a cancellation of your order, if your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email us at any time to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account the same day.

I requested a credit to my account, but they didn't credit it. This is very unreasonable and questionable customer service and satisfaction. If anyone can help me with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
