Rip off

I bought a PC type the Brookfield, WI. Circuit City and also the salesperson exposed the container although it was still behind the checkout counter. The salesperson the retyped the container and offered it in my experience. I got it house and did not have it out-of my automobile and my child stated that it had been the incorrect design.

I returned to Signal City and informed them that it had been the incorrect model range and that I needed the best design. They explained they did not bring that design, and that I told them I'd simply return it and visit another location and purchase it. The cost was just a few bucks more for that right one and was just a few miles away.

They explained they needed to withhold 15% since the container was exposed and that I told them used to donot start it, the salesman exposed it and resealed it.instead of claim together I got the pc and informed them that I'd never enter any Circuit City again. Is that this the plan that stops results or did the salesman not need to get rid of a purchase?
