I have ordered from www.HoneyColor.com about 4 times before & did not have any problems with my orders or receiving them. Until I placed an order on November 23 (Wednesday). I ordered 4 circle lens that totaled to $ 106. My intention was to only get one pair. But they have an offer that they state " Any orders over $ 100 will receive free EXPRESS shipping " For the United States it should of arrived 4 working days plus the 48 hours of processing time for an order. A week went by & I yet to even receive a confirmation email that my order was shipped. Though I did get a email after I paid for my order issuing my order number & a receipt for my purchase. I contacted the main page on HoneyColor.com regarding my order. I sent them 2 emails & still did not get any response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt & still waited for my purchase & gave them time to respond back to my emails.

Then another week went by. It is now December 10 & still had no response or my order; or confirmation email. I then sent my third email to HoneyColor's customerservice@honeycolor.com & yet again they ignored my email I& still did not respond. It has been now been 17 days since I've ordered. I wrote another e-mail to the customer service adress stating my frustration & confusion. I told them I would press legal actions & would file a bad report claim if they did not respond to me or refund my money asap.

The next day I got an email from them that they refunded my money. Yet still no explanation on why they did not ship my order. They state on their site in there "About US" section "We pride ourselves on our prices, quality and service" I admit they have reasonable prices, great quality products yet customer service is horrible & ridicolous. They do not have a number for you to reach them at. They do not have a reliable customer service rep. They are faster in giving you a refund (if that) then sending you your order. They have offers they do not follow through with. They provide service that they can not promise reliability on recieving it. Bad buissness! Horrible customer service! Unreliable. Ignores your emails. They are a hit & miss site. They could or could not give you your order depending whether they care that day. I was a faithful customer & now they have lost my loyality. Any one planning on buying there, please beware!!!
