Rip-off

We had a extended warranty on a Fujitsu E-Series laptop. The extended warranty is with Viking which had us send the Laptop to the company MICROMEDIC CORPORATION

President & owner of the company is Mathew Sheasby.

They were unable to fix our computer to the original state.

ALL EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE PRESIDENT has a VERY CONDENSENDING ATTITUDE to his customers. The repeat the same phrase to customers repeatly.

The returned the laptop when I told them I would pick it up and when it was returned to us the Titanum case was scratched up with deep scratches. Mr. Sheasby told us to send in a picture of the laptop now and before we sent it into him. He would be the judge of what was wrong. If he thought it wasn't his fault he wasn't going to fix it.

Each and every employee has a VERY CONDENSENDING ATTITUDE. When I called the owner already come to the conclusion that he was correct. I was incorrect.
Very bad company to do business with. Understand this
