LIED about the laptop information! If you call customer service, they VERY RARELY answer

Bluehippo lied to me by saying the laptop had 160gig hard drive but actually it has 60gigs. I was told to call customer service but they put you on hold for an hour or more. Try it: 800-383-6557. Maybe they dont answer because they know its me calling to complain. Before you can talk to them at customer service, you'll have to give the answering service your social security number before being connected to an operater. I believe they avoid active customers and answer new customers. I told my bank to stop payment.
