AVOID Qwest. Their customer support is terrible as well as their billing division is just a headache. This past year they delivered me to IM Options (collection organization-another terrible organization) and mentioned it had been in mistake, they designed to send another person. This time around I terminated my telephone support together and changed to Vonage. I named and created a cost which based on the individual I talked to, it was my ultimate cost to close-out the consideration. Today 4 weeks later, I'm being harassed again by IM Options. I named Qwest to question them what's occurring plus they suggest that I currently owe them more income. They never delivered me a statement, named me or delivered mean email. I requested to talk to the supervisor who's less informed then your consultant that I talked to. I'm shifting to Comcast of course if you worry about your credit, you'll AVOID Qwest!
