So that falls in the third party catagory?

I saw an ad for the wildblue internet and (stupidly) signed up. It was cheaper than my current internet and (supposily) faster. At first they were kind and very quick to set up the dish.

HOWEVER, right after the installer finished putting in the dish with his rock music blaring outside, he basicilly shoved the contract down my throat. He wouldn't let me read it, he kept pushing me into signing it. Finally, God only knows why, I signed.

The internet was not only for my computer but for my xbox 360, which he insured me both would work fine on the "faster" internet. Okay, now that I got my new internet, I wanted to try it out - two words to describe Wildblue... F%#&ING TERRIBLE!

When I called to find out why the internet was so slow, especially on the xbox 360, they, i quote: "had to informed me ", end quote, that xbox fell under the third party exception of the contract; which by the way was only one sentence long. I argued that anything could fall under that catagory and that they need to supply a list.

To put it bluntly, I ripped off the dish from the side of my house, thank you wildblue for the holes (sarcasm), and now have to pay for the one year commitment. I went back the the internet that I resently had (Etex.net) and although they aren't that great, at least, they give you the truth and have no "third parties" catagory. Its sad that an internet company no bigger that the town I live in has better quality and customer support that a gaint like Wild Blue.

The only thing (bad) wild or blue will be your face when you see the internet bill...
