No response regarding incorrect photo sizes shipped

I ordered a 190 4 x 6 photos and 2 8 x 10 photos. When they arrived the 8 x 10 were perfect but the 4 x 6 were not 4 x 6 they were 4 x 5 1/2. I sent a complaint to them via their web site on 10/21 and received a generic answer back saying they will do their best to answer my question as soon as possible. I sent another notice to them on 10/23; 10/25 and 10/27. Everytime receiving the same generic e-mail back from them. I tried to find a phone number for them but the company is not listed. There was a computer company at that address and I attempted to call that number 214-233-0872 but it is not a working number. I did however keep the package they came in because they have a Pitney Bowes account and I thought they may be able to be traced by that number. All I want is my 190 4 x 6 photos. Thank you for your help.
