Could not cancel Global gain subscription

I was subscribed to their global gain service in September. They charged about $300 to my credit card for one year's service. Early this month (Oct) I decided to cancel it. I could not find any phone numbers on their website, only an email address. So I sent an email to the address they listed as " email this address if you want to cancel". I waited a week. No reply. I sent them another email. No reply. I sent a 3rd, 4th email, all received no reply at all. I 'm still waiting (today is 10/27).
This is a bad company with poor customer service. Can you imagine they don't have a phone number to reach them!
Stay away from it.
