No response from customer services (for refund of missing items)

It is all about the order in early of Sep 2012.

As the seller 샘플파워 did not deliver the items i order after receive my money.

So i sent email to global@corp. Gmarket.Co. Kr and ask for their help

After I sent email with the photos attached

They reply me that they will contact the seller and investigate the case, and also ask me to contact them again if no reply within 3 days.

After 3 days, no reply from global@corp. Gmarket.Co. Kr, so i sent email to them again and ask about the progess.

But no response from them, so I sent email to ask about the matter every week.

But still, no reply.

The problem is, even the seller refuse to refund the money or other reason that I could not get back the money, the customer services should tell me about it.

But what they do is just IGNORE my email.

The last email from them is 21 Sep and no response from them after that

I was really sad and find no where to get help
