Brigadoon Software PC Phone Home worst software worthless customer support scam

Company claims to help recover stolen laptop computers using stealth tracking software. The software does work as advertised in that is sends out tracking information via email. Brigadoon claims that they will work with local authorities and provide information on the location of the stolen computer.

This is false! Brigadoon has not carried out any of the services they claim to provide to subscribers of PC Phone Home. They have not returned phone calls to our organization or the police, furthermore, they did not help locate the stolen computers.

After several (more than 30) phone calls to thier offices, they have yet to contact the Los Angeles Police Dept. LAPD has even made several calls to Brigadoon's offices in an attempt to "scare" the tracking / location information from them. The stolen laptops continue to send email messages since the time they were stolen.
