I bought this software to get rid of a virus that they advertised would remove it. I followed all the instructions and after several scans showed no infections. But infection was still there. I requested a refund. I received all kinds of useless advice from their tech dept. Then I finally got an answer about my refund. They told me to send logs from their software. To this I got more uselessinformation from tech dept nothing about refund. This is a scam software I should have realized this when I downloaded software the 15day trial ended in 3 minutes. Do not buy this software or anything from this company.
