Files Wiped During Malware Removal and Backup, Only $100 Refunded

My computer has a virus, it can be removed, but I just do not have the time, to do so, I take in my desktop to Best Buy, that has wedding pictures, children's pictures thru 2008 income tax returns, personal documents, business documents, etc... I ask for malware removal and back up,

I was told I would get my system back within a week, I tell the very young man to please call me if anything major must be performed, if they can't solve the problem, then I will take it somewhere else to get a 2nd opinion. No one ever calls, it is the 4 days and no one has worked on it, it is the 6th day and it is not ready, then it turns into the 7th day and no one can tell me what is wrong with it... An Agent told me that the back up is done. I can come to pick up... Once I left home to check it, there is nothing on it, they did not know that until I brought it back so they could look for themselves.

All my files GONE! Just Gone! They wiped everything out and reinstalled Windows. I am having to start all over with my business and it has cost me so much time I do not have, and all they were able to give me was my $100.00 fee for not backing the system up correctly. I should have just done it myself, then I would still have my life stored in a box.
