Rip-off dishonest fraud

I too feel your pain I ordered a bowling ball from this company Febuary 21, and have yet to receive it. I was charged 129.99 and was told after not getting my merchandise that I could get my money back well, after a month I did not get my money and I called they stated that I should call my credit card company and tell them.

Well my credit card company is my bank also so no the transaction was never made. I then called the Attorney General's office in Little Rock. I spoke with Mr. Perrin Jones he stated that this individual lives in Kenner, Louisiana and he has a long list of complaints from consumers.

After working with Mr. Jones I still did not get my money back but now I am in the process of suing this person in small claims court it is rather costly but I am determined to get my money back and with a little help from other individuals who have been scammed by this person. I think we will prevail I have this guys other phone number if needed.
