Best Payment Soultions Keept on overcharging are bank account after termanation of contract

BPS or NPC its new name has been charging are bank account for three years after several attempts to remove them from our bank account by fax, phonecalls, emails back and forth. I have tried to contact the orginal rep Connie Hall several times for years with no phone calls returned and several calls to BPS and the new company that took them over within the two years. We havent used them for over three years and they contuine to charge our bank account for a service we dont use. After several attempts the last three days of faxed documents they still contiune to charge our bacnk account for a service we dont use with them and havent used them in the last 2.5 years. I have asked for a refund for this month last month and last couple of years and have gotten no responses just that you have to sign and fax the letter. Well I have faxed and done that to several different places and people and they still charge our account. I have to change my bank account info at this time since they are still charging us
